DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

  • You can shop at shopecs.com, either by registering your Email ID with us or using a guest account to checkout.


HOW DO I SELECT ITEMS TO PURCHASE?
  • As you browse through the Gaachi Website, click on the Add to Cart button for the items that you wish to purchase after selecting required color and Size.


HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON GAACHI WEBSITE?

  • Once your desired item is added to the shopping cart just click on the shopping cart icon on the top right corner and select continue to check out, you can either checkout as a Guest or you can sign up to get latest updates. Then you have to provide your personal details, select the payment method and then select proceed to confirmation button. Then on order confirmation page, you have a complete summary of your order, so after reviewing it, with either you can cancel it or select the Order now button. Then you will receive a verification code, please enter it in a given tab, so your order can be verified.


WILL MY ORDER BE PLACED IF I DON’T SEND THE CODE?

  • Yes, your order will be successfully placed, In case you do not receive the verification code, you will receive a confirmation email from us.


WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

  1. You can place an order using Credit/Debit Card. COD service is not available outside Pakistan.


HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the ordered shipment.


WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY AREAS?

  • We deliver all over the World through 3rd Party Logistic services i.e. Leopard, Post Ex & TPL for deliveries in Pakistan and DHL for the rest of the world.


WHAT IS SPLIT ORDER DELIVERY?

  • If you order multiple items, you may receive them separately with two different tracking numbers. This allows you to track each package individually. 


CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • If you want to cancel or modify your order, then you may contact us via phone or  WhatsApp us on 0314-4222445. You cannot cancel or modify your order once your order has been shipped from Gaachi premises.


HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

  • Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding those Saturdays on which Company Offices remain closed, Sundays public holidays. We ship your order using 3rd party Logistics i.e. Leopard, Post Ex & TPL for Pakistan and DHL for International Orders.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

  • To get update regarding your order tracking please contact us on 0314-4222445 our representative will inform you with latest updates.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?

  • The estimate delivery time for International order ranged from 7 to 15 working days for in-stock items. However, force majeure events might delay or render impossible any deliveries.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT/ITEM?

  • Please report the damaged item on phone or Whatsapp us at 0314-4222445, so our Customer Care Representative will assist you accordingly.


WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?

  • If the Product is shown out of stock. Please contact on Whatsapp 0314-4222445 and we will try our best to arrange it.
